Here are the qualifications for the job:

  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or be at least a 2nd-year College student
  • High School Graduates are accepted
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Must be willing to work onsite

Job Responsibility

  • May include:
    • Responding to call questions and complaints using established scripts and procedures.
    • Providing information, resolving queries, and logging customer calls.
    • Communicating alternatives for timely completion.
    • Offering expert services options to customers and assessing their needs.
    • Providing instruction, teaching, and support to lower-level employees.
    • Guiding, instructing, and troubleshooting for lower-level employees.
