Job Description
Teleservices Manila PH is actively seeking an Online Booking Assistant to strengthen our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations via chat and email, providing precise information about room availability and pricing, while ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries, handle confirmations and cancellations, update customer information, and follow quality guidelines.
Qualifications: Candidates must be high school graduates, possess at least 6 months of customer service experience (non-voice preferred), demonstrate excellent written English skills, exhibit strong attention to detail, and be computer proficient. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, with weekends off, is required.
