We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team of Call Center Agents for our Voice and Non-Voice Telco Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through Voice and Non-Voice channels (phone, email, chat) for our Telco clients.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and concerns regarding Telco products and services.
- Uphold company standards for quality and efficiency in call handling.
- Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- College graduates with or without experience are welcome
- Minimum of 1 month experience in a BPO environment (a plus)
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays (schedule will be discussed during interview)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
