Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects.
- High School Graduates are accepted.
- Candidates need to be conversant in English.
Job Responsibility:
- Responds to call questions and complaints, gathers information, and provides troubleshooting support.
- Communicates alternatives for completion in a timely manner.
- Provides guidance to lower-level employees.
