Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in English
Job Responsibility:
- Respond to call questions and complaints, research/resolve queries
- Communicate alternatives, educate lower level employees
- Inform clients about services, provide troubleshooting support
