Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Online Casino Dealers. As an Online Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for conducting live casino games and interacting with players in a virtual gaming environment. Your main duties will include dealing cards, spinning roulette wheels, and facilitating the overall gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting live casino games, such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette.
- Interacting with players in a professional and engaging manner.
- Ensuring fair play and adherence to gaming regulations.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying updated with game rules.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken English and ability to articulate clearly.
- Prior experience as a casino dealer is preferred, but not required.
