Job Description
HIRES PH is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Online Chat Agent. In this position, you will manage calls related to hotel reservations, assist customers with booking and modifying their reservations, and provide accurate information regarding room availability and pricing.
No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. Enjoy a weekday schedule which allows you weekends off. We encourage friendly, tech-savvy candidates who have completed at least high school. Strong English verbal and communication skills are highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Php23,00.00 per month, along with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits, 13th Month Pay, and various perks including paid training and promotion opportunities.
