Job Description
Job Hunt PH is excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic Online Chat Agent. In this pivotal role, you will manage customer inquiries, document interactions, and cultivate a positive work atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma; college undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work on-site and attend in-person interviews.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, along with benefits.
