Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Online Chat Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through chat support services, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and have a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in online customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
