Job Description
OTeleservices, based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Online Chat Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. You will provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies while efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a diploma.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from Php 18,980.00 to Php 23,980.00 per month.
