Job Description
We are seeking individuals to join our great team at SGlobalHub – PH as Online Chat Agents. If you are looking for a job with work-life balance and excellent benefits, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are welcome
- Proficient in English
- Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Provide guidance and support to customers and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,273.09 – Php28,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Life insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay, Tips
