Job Description

Are you seeking a job with no calls and entirely non-voice tasks? Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) is hiring 50 Non-Voice Agents for our Quezon City site. This role is ideal for those who prefer to work behind the scenes without phone interaction.

As a Non-Voice Agent, you will manage customer inquiries and concerns through chat and email. Responsibilities include data entry, resolving customer issues, and providing information about products and services.

The position offers a competitive salary of Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
