Job Description
At SGS-CAREERS-PH, we invite you to become a part of our team as an Online Chat and Email Support Agent. In this vital role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and complaints, and providing effective solutions while documenting interactions. You will also offer insights into our range of expert services.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 17,00.00 to Php 26,00.00 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes additional leave, life insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
You will work on-site with a standard 8-hour shift, and enjoy various supplemental pay benefits.
