Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints; gathers information; researches/resolves queries
- Communicates relevant alternatives; informs clients about expert services
- Provides instruction, teaching, and help to lower-level employees
- Provides guidance, troubleshooting support to lower-level employees
