Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati as an Online Chat Booking Specialist! Your key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
We are looking for high school or ALS graduates with good communication skills and at least 6 months of BPO experience. College graduates without BPO experience are also welcome!
Enjoy a competitive salary from 18,00 PHP to 27,00 PHP, plus HMO, paid leaves, and other benefits. Full-time positions available with day or night shifts.
