Job Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? SapientBPO MAKATI is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Online Chat Booking Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Required qualifications include being a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or an ALS Graduate, having good communication skills, and preferably having at least 6 months of BPO experience. College graduates without BPO experience are also welcome to apply.
Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 27,00.00 per month, plus benefits. This full-time position requires working in person.
