Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as an Online Chat Booking Specialist! In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues for customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Needed:
