Job Description
Join ORT HIRES as an Online Chat & Email Support Agent! In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for hotel reservations, assist customers with booking inquiries, and provide information on room availability and pricing.
No prior experience is needed as we will provide training. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy your weekends off.
We seek friendly individuals with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Filipino citizenship or relevant residence status and at least a high school diploma are required.
Salary can reach up to Php23,00.00 per month with benefits!
