Job Description

Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as an Online Chat & Email Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills and are accepting high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to products and services. Candidates must be willing to work full-time, on-site, and on a shifting schedule, starting ASAP.

Salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, with benefits including additional leave, health insurance, paid training, and performance bonuses.
