Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using predefined scripts
- Research and resolve queries, log calls, and provide guidance
- Communicate alternatives and customer requirements
- Provide instruction and support to junior employees
Job Type: Full-time, Fresh graduate | Salary Range: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month.
