Job Description

Are you in search of a job that involves no calls and focuses solely on non-voice tasks? Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) is hiring 50 Online Chat Support Agents for our Quezon City site. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer behind-the-scenes work without phone interaction.

As a Non-Voice Agent, you will engage with customers through chat and email, handle inquiries, perform data entry, and resolve issues—all without making any calls. Competencies required: strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, with competitive benefits.
