Job Description
GameOne PH is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Online Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidates will exhibit a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries through chat and calls, processing same-day delivery orders, and monitoring our social media platforms for any customer feedback or complaints. Additionally, you will be tasked with gathering customer insights, testing returned defective items, and updating prices on our e-commerce platforms.
