Job Description
Metacom BPO Alabang is seeking an Online Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, allowing you to enjoy your weekends free. A high school diploma, college degree, or vocational training is required to apply.
