As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you’ll resolve customer inquiries via chat and email, performing tasks such as data entry and providing product information, ensuring your interactions remain purely non-verbal.

Qualifications include: High school graduate, strong English writing skills, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work on-site.
