Job Description
SGS CAREERS- PH is actively seeking a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and complaints, collecting essential information, and offering timely and relevant solutions. Additionally, you will inform clients about our expert services and provide guidance to junior staff with troubleshooting support.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php26,00.00. Our benefits package includes flexible work schedules, health insurance, opportunities for career advancement, and the option to work from home.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
