Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at SGS – Careers – PH. In this position, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, conducting outbound calls for follow-up inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints.
This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates. The salary ranges from Php 18,00.00 to Php 25,00.00, and we offer benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, consisting of 8-hour shifts, and requires in-person attendance.
