Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join ORBIT SOUTH PH as Online Collections Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a high level of professionalism. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with phone and computer technology, and be Filipino citizens or residents with a diploma. Good command of the English language is preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 27,00.00 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
