Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at OrbitOfficials as Online Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns with accurate solutions.
- Become knowledgeable about our products, services, and policies during training.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when handling challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status, 18 years and above.
- Conversant in Basic English and at least a High School Graduate.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php26,00.00 per month
