Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide basic technical support and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Encourage customers to try new items and adhere to call center guidelines.
