Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers via chat for order processing.
- Provide accurate information on menu items, delivery times, and promotions.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers for timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers.
- Update order statuses accurately.
- Collaborate to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- High school Graduate or equivalent.
- English communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
