Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers via chat for order processing and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on menu items, delivery times, and promotions.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers for on-time order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers.
- Update order statuses and records in the chat system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 3 months BPO experience preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
