Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Resolve customer issues on first contact when possible
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services
- Use persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Share information with internal/external clients and colleagues
