Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.

- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
