Job Summary
We are seeking an Online Gaming Assistant to provide exceptional customer service in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for online gaming platforms
- Assist players with account issues and gameplay troubleshooting
- Ensure a positive gaming experience for customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative
