Job Description
SGS – Careers – PH is currently seeking a committed Online Gaming Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Your duties will also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating our database, and effectively resolving complaints. This position is ideal for recent graduates seeking full-time employment.
The salary for this role ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, accompanied by benefits such as health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.
Work hours are set at 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
