Position Overview: As an Online Gaming Support Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to gamers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with account management, game features, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for technical resolutions.
- Handle account-related inquiries, including password resets and account security.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions per company policies.
