Job Description
Join our team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati as an Online Gaming Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills, welcoming high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior high graduates.
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with orders, provide product information, and resolve complaints. This full-time role requires on-site work and a willingness to embrace a shifting schedule.
