Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, and billing.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and billing discrepancies.
- Accurately manage patient information in our system.
- Update customers on healthcare policies and changes.
