Job Description
Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Sapient Global is looking for a dynamic Call Center Agent to become a part of our team in Quezon City.
This position is ideal for high school graduates (old curriculum) who are eager to work onsite.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Assisting customers with reservations and cancellations.
- Identifying and resolving any booking issues.
- Promoting special offers and room upgrades.
- Providing valuable feedback to enhance the customer experience.
