Caldwell Communications is seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Online Hotel Booking Chat/Email Support Specialists.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact without transferring calls.
- Match customer needs with client products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer agreement.
- Clearly communicate relevant information to clients and colleagues.
