Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively searching for qualified candidates to fill the role of Online Hotel Booking Chat/Email Support Specialist. In this position, you will engage with customers through phone and written communication to effectively address their concerns. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible while aligning customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
We provide a professional work environment and offer a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 28,00.00, along with excellent benefits such as health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour daytime shift.
