Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO Makati as an Online Hotel Booking Specialist! You will assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Your role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate, strong communication skills, minimum 6 months of BPO experience (any account), or a college graduate without BPO experience.
Salary: 18,00 PHP to 27,00 PHP per month with benefits such as HMO, paid leaves, and 13th Month Pay.
Full-time position, day and night shifts available, Monday to Friday.
