Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Hotel Booking Specialist to join our team at SapientBPO in Makati. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or a College graduate without BPO experience
Pay and Benefits: PHP 18,00.00 – PHP 27,00.00/month, HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay, Government Mandated Benefits.
Join us for day or night shifts, Monday to Friday.
