Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as an Online Hotel Booking Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Aligning customers’ needs with our clients’ offerings.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Communicating crucial information to both internal and external parties.
