Job Description

What you will be doing?
- Follow standard operations and procedures
- Recognize and escalate priority problems by Client standards
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3 months experience in a related field is preferred but not required
- Good English communication skills
- Can work on-site
- Computer Literate
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php23,00.00 per month
