Job Description
Global BPO Services is actively looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Hotel Reservation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues by following established scripts and procedures. Your tasks will include gathering pertinent information, logging customer calls, and providing clients with information about our services. We emphasize teamwork, and you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers.
Competitive compensation ranges from Php20,500.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with a variety of benefits.
