Job Description
Brighterly is seeking dedicated instructors to teach K–8 math via engaging 1-on-1 online lessons using provided materials. Instructors will deliver scripted, interactive lessons, monitor and document student progress, and collaborate with the academic team to ensure learning outcomes.
- Requirements: C1+ English with a clear, neutral accent; passion for working with children; minimum 6 months of teaching experience; high-school math diploma; strong K–8 math knowledge; patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills; availability for 20+ hours per week.
- Benefits: Remote work with flexible hours, full training, career growth opportunities, and compensation of Php23,00–71,00/month.
