Job Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the booking process, including selecting seats, adding extra services, and confirming payment.
- Confirm booking details with customers and provide e-tickets or booking confirmations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in obtaining necessary travel documents and fulfilling pre-travel requirements.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, such as travel insurance, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Previous experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
