Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Online Reservation Agents at SGS Sapient – BPO Global Hub. Earn up to Php28,00 monthly while working with a dynamic team in our Metro sites!
As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to enhance user experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and escalating content violations.
- Constructively explaining moderation decisions to users.
- Documenting and reporting incidents for improvement.
- Assessing the effectiveness of moderation processes.
