As an Online Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing online bookings and providing customer support through chat and email. Your main tasks include assisting customers with reservation inquiries, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a seamless online booking experience.
You will also be handling customer inquiries and providing support through chat and email channels. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers in a fast-paced online environment.
